May Wrap Up.

I read 7 books this month and they were all really good. It was also a really good month for new releases. I’m 3 books behind on my Goodreads goal so I really hope I catch up soon because I take my reading goals VERY seriously haha. Enough waffling and let’s get on with the wrap up.

Half Lost – Sally Green.

This was the last book in the Half Bad trilogy and I don’t think I’ve ever felt so emotional when reading a book. I’m super sad that the series is over.

You can read my review for Half Lost here.

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets – J.K Rowling.

I also carried on with my Harry Potter re-read and I actually enjoyed this one a lot more than I have in the past.

You can read my review for Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets here.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban – J.K Rowling.

This is still my favourite Harry Potter book. I love re-reading this series so much because its like I find new things to appreciate every time I read them.

*Review coming soon*

The Outliers – Kimberly McCreight.

I didn’t think I’d enjoy this as much as I did. It was a brilliant page turner and that cliffhanger at the end was mean haha. I want to know what happens NOW.

You can read my review for The Outliers here.

Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief – Rick Riordan.

I know I’m late to the Percy Jackson party but I’m really happy that I enjoyed this. Greek mythology is really interesting!

*Review coming soon*

Percy Jackson and the Sea of Monsters – Rick Riordan.

*Review coming soon*

Percy Jackson and the Titan’s Curse – Rick Riordan.

This is my favourite Percy Jackson book so far! I found it to be a lot more fast paced and exciting. I can’t wait to read the rest of the books in the series.

*Review coming soon*

So that’s it for my May wrap up! Was May a good reading month for you?

Looks like you had a good month! I was glad to read 7 books in May too 🙂 I’ve added The Outliers to my wishlist after reading your review. I only own the first Harry Potter in English, so I can’t wait to get the others and read them. It will be like reading for the first time once again.
