WWW Wednesday #2.

Hi everyone! This meme is hosted by Taking on a World of Words and all you have to do is answer the 3 W questions;

1. What are you currently reading?

2. What did you recently finish reading?

3. What are you going to read next?

Currently Reading.

I’m excited to see how this series is going to end. I’ve really enjoyed these books and I’ll definitely be reading all of Rick Riordan’s other books in the near future.

I’m currently re-reading the whole Harry Potter series in preparation for the Harry Potter and the Cursed Child script to come out. I’m now wading my way through these beast of a book and I cannot wait for the 8th story to come out! Exciting!!

Recently Finished.

I literally finished this book last night and it was my favourite out of the series so far.

My reviews for both of these books will be up for these books very soon!

June TBR.

May was a really fantastic reading month for me and I hope that May will be the same. I’m also really focusing on my current writing project and I really hope that I can get started and stop procrastinating because apparently that’s my favourite thing to do when trying to write. Anyway, here are the books that I’d like to get through this month.

I’m reading the Battle of the Labyrinth at the moment and I’m really enjoying it. I can’t wrap up this series and see how it ends.

May Wrap Up.

I read 7 books this month and they were all really good. It was also a really good month for new releases. I’m 3 books behind on my Goodreads goal so I really hope I catch up soon because I take my reading goals VERY seriously haha. Enough waffling and let’s get on with the wrap up.

Book to Movie Adaptations I Can’t Wait For.

I love book to movie adaptations so much. I get so excited when I see that a book I loved is going to be made into a movie and there’s definitely some good ones coming up this year. However, I just hope that I don’t hate the movie because in the past, there have been terrible movies of books that I loved. Here are some I can’t wait for;

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.

Expected release date – 18th November 2016.

Based on the novel by J.K Rowling.

I am so unbelievably excited for this movie and I feel like I’ve been waiting forever for it to come out. I can’t wait to dive back into the wizarding world and learn about how magic works in a different country.

The BFG.

Expected release date – 1st July 2016.

Based on the novel by Roald Dahl.

I love this book and I also really love the cartoon movie too. My best friend introduced me to it a couple of years ago and its such a beautiful story. I’m excited to see a non animated version of it!

A Monster Calls.

Expected release date – 14th October 2016.

Based on the novel by Patrick Ness.

I haven’t actually read this book yet so I better get on that before I go to see the movie. The trailer has definitely inspired me to do so. The story just looks so touching and very emotional.

Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children.

Expected release date – 25th December 2016?

Based on the novel by Ransom Riggs.

I loved this book so much and at the time I thought it would make a really great movie. So I was super excited to see that a movie was due to be released.

Are there any book to movie adaptations that you’re looking forward to this year or in the future?
